      患者李女士，56岁，教师，大便时肛门脱出肿物30年。患者30年前分娩后出现大便时肛门脱出肿物，并伴有大便带血可自行还纳，随着时间延长脱出的肿物需用手协助还纳，近2年来肿物持续脱在肛门外，偶伴有疼痛。来我院就诊给予行PPH术＋外痔切除缝合术，术后住院六天出院，效果满意。
