数字X线摄影（DR）特点及临床应用

        DR检查速度经CR进一步提高，X线辐射剂量大大降低，图像质量及后处理功能进一步增强，实现了X线摄影的数字化存储，调阅及传输，并可以根据临床需求为大夫及病人提供经图像。
        例如：
        ①胸部一次曝光可得到肺野、纵隔、肋骨、心脏等不同影像，利用能量减影功能可得到肺野与纵隔的双重对比影像。
        ②对骨骼进行检查，骨结构、关节软骨及软组织，显示优于传统X线，增加对照部位检查，通过增强处理，可进一步提高微小病变检出率。
        ③DR在观察肠管积气、气腹和结石等含钙病变优于传统X线检查。
